Раньше в российских аэропортах бумажный посадочный был обязательным условием, но с 24 февраля Минтранс разрешил посадку по электронному талону. Разрешить оказалось мало: большинство аэропортов пока не готовы принимать пассажиров без распечатки.
Разбираемся, какое значение имеет этот документ, когда его нужно печатать и как правильно использовать.

Почему билета мало
Чтобы попасть в поезд, автобус или на метро, достаточно билета. Самолет — исключение: билет разрешает пройти регистрацию и получить посадочный талон. А вот уже талон дает право сесть на борт.
— рейсы самолетов переносят чаще, чем рейсы других видов транспорта. Электронный билет не учитывает изменений (правда, посадочный тоже не всегда за ними успевает).
— талон подтверждает, что вы прошли регистрацию, а значит точно полетите, и ваш багаж/ручная кладь соответствуют правилам авиакомпании.
— если есть пересадки, по одному билету может быть несколько посадочных талонов. Потому что у разных авиакомпаний и аэропортов разные требования к предполетным досмотрам.
Что произошло с талонами 24 февраля
Раньше для посадки на любой рейс в России нужен был бумажный посадочный. С 24 февраля 2019 года вступил в силу приказ Министерства транспорта РФ о том, что теперь в нашей стране можно пройти на посадку с электронным посадочным талоном. Нужно просто показать его на экране телефона, планшета или ноутбука.
Бумажные талоны не отменяются: их как и раньше можно распечатать лично, на стойке регистрации или в регистрационных автоматах в аэропорту.

Где в России работают электронные талоны
Чтобы принимать электронные посадочные, нужно укомплектовать аэропорт специальным считывающим оборудованием. Сейчас оно есть в Домодедово, в одном из терминалов Шереметьево, в аэропорте Уфы, в Казани. Во Внуково оборудование есть, но оно не готово к работе. В Пулково нет даже оборудования.
Но мы всё равно радуемся: новые правила должны подтолкнуть аэропорты к изменениям, а значит, электронные посадочные будут потихоньку распространяться. Во имя деревьев и отсутствия лишнего мусора.
А мы пока напомним, зачем нужны талоны, как понять, нужно ли их печатать, и как ими пользоваться.
Из чего состоит посадочный талон
На нем есть вся информация о вашем перелете. Самое важное — номер выхода на посадку, время начала посадки и место.
Name of Passenger — Имя и фамилия пассажира
From… To… — Город и аэропорт отправления и прибытия
Flight № — Номер рейса с кодом авиакомпании
Class — Класс обслуживания
Date — Дата отправления
Time — Время вылета
Gate — Номер выхода на посадку
Boarding time — Время начала посадки
Seat — Ряд и номер вашего места в самолете
Еще иногда указывают терминал и специфические штуки авиакомпаний (например, напоминание о запрете курения).

Чтобы пройти в зону досмотра
В зону досмотра и паспортного контроля пропускают только с паспортом и посадочным талоном.
Чтобы пройти на посадку
Иногда вместе с ним просят еще раз показать паспорт.
Чтобы пожаловаться
Если авиакомпания потеряет ваш багаж, к претензии нужно будет приложить посадочный талон.
Чтобы отчитаться
Например, подтвердить расходы на командировку.
Новосибирские власти довольно спросом горожан на услуги речного трамвайчика, который недавно запустили, чтобы соединить речным маршрутом поселок Краснообск и Речной вокзал. Как оказалось, возможность обхитрить пробки и добраться из одной точки в другую за 20-25 минут горожане оценили по достоинству.
Теперь аналогичную возможность планируют предоставить и жителям Северо-Чемского жилмассива в Кировском районе Новосибирска. Зачатки инфраструктуры для обустройства остановки речного транспорта здесь уже есть: в районе дома № 13 по улице Саввы Кожевникова имеется длинная лестница, которая подходит почти к самой воде, а недалеко - парковка для автомобилей. Осталось всего ничего: заасфальтировать посадочную площадку, установить на ней поребрики и навес от солнца или дождя, а также соединить дорожкой парковку и зону посадки.
С 1 августа, когда запустили первый маршрут речного трамвайчика, им уже воспользовались несколько сотен человек. Если пассажиропоток окажется стабильным, а устройство остановки на Северо-Чемском жилмассиве окажется оправданным, то в следующем, 2022 году на маршруте появятся и дополнительные остановочные пункты.
